My husband and I have used local Realtor John Melendez for 2 of our home purchases. John and Kristie were so easy to work with and are great people. When looking for houses you are in constant contact with your Realtor and it was such a great experience with our 1st house we knew exactly who to call when it was time to upgrade to our 2nd house. I am an active duty military member looking to buy a family home in the future when I retire and they have gone above and beyond to make us feel like family. Kristie and John has been the absolute best! We are first time home buyers. They are honest and are non pushy. We are glad to have them guide us through everything.
