We're totally heartbroken after learning our healthy 10 year old Yorkie (Amari) died while being boarded at K-9 Bath Body & Boarding. If he was old or sick we could've been better prepared, however the thought of him passing alone without us hurts. He'd had all his shot, clean bill of health as of his last Vet appointment. They just returned our beloved Amari to us died and wrapped in a blanket. The owner didn't even greet us to offer condolences or nothing. Hopefully, soon we'll find out exactly what happened to our baby!!!

As a devoted pet owner and loyal customer of K9 since 2021, I am deeply disappointed with the declining customer service and animal care, especially as the prices have continued to rise. On March 23rd, Groomer Kandice cut my dog's eye without informing me or providing any care for the injury.
