They installed our walk-in shower in 2022. The contractors that they hired installed the wrong shower door. I asked them to install the one we ordered. They did, but now there are noticeable holes in the shower wall. Caulking near ceiling is sloppy. The showed floor wasnt installed correctly. I can hear every step my wife makes from across the house. The contractor was a scammer - told me I overpaid and gave me his card for future remodels. A waist of 2 1/2 hours. I saw an ad that they would give me a really good discount on Windows because of a program so I requested a quote. I was told it would be at most one hour. They were 30 minutes late, then took two and a half hours. we were trying to feed our kids dinner and get them to bed and they just keep pushing there sales pitch. It seemed like a scam. Had a salesman come about 2 years ago, he talked and talked added more items to the list, and talked more, very pushy and way over the top. The cost of Siding a 24 ft by 36 ft house with suffit and fascia was $50,000 added in 1 window and door with the siding part, wow way out there, so we said no, then he started subtracting for promotions and got it to $30.000 before he finally left because we were outside in the cold, ( we didn't want anyone in our home per the big C) the next day he called leaves a message about a deal j... read more
This company is a pure scam. I had them come out for a quote to replace my windows. During the initial call/screening, I was promised that they had multiple programs to help qualify me for free windows. As I was explaining this to the gentleman over the phone he continued to reassure me that this was in fact true and that his Marketing Manager would be able to walk me through the steps and which programs I qualifed for at my site walk. Terrible, do not recommend at all!!! Had appt set for 9/11/23--they no show/no called. Left work early to be at appt and they pull this. 2nd appt set for 9/14/23--they called husband-who told them to call me since he was at work in another town and I was home waiting for them. No one called me, I sat her till 5 pm again and they didn't let me know they weren't coming. SCAM! These people took thousands from my elderly mother caused a major leak in her home. They cut a massive hole in her brand new vanity which they installed without painting the wall where the old vanity was. They installed the light fixture upside down and not centered above the mirror. They installed the new towel rack without sleeves for the screws so it fell down a week after installation causing a large hole in the dry wall......not one of these issues has been addressed and my mother is being brushed off or phone cal... read more

My husband and I put our name down on their list at a home show! We decided that we didn't want to use them. For over a month now I have told them to delete me off their list and I am not interested at all!! They replied we can't do that but will put you on the do not call list. What a joke, they continue to call!! Do not put your name on their list they will continue to call and harass you even when they say they wont!! This company is so pushy and won't take no for an answer!!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!
Based u0on an ad, i called this company re: windows. I decided not to use them. Yet, the company has been calling me at least 2-3 times per day. I have asked them to stop calling, but it didn't work. I did block their number and they continue to try calling daily.I simply called to inquire based on an advertisement.The woman I spoke with suggested that I have someone else to talk to her, because I could not choose a date. WATCH OUT HOMEOWNERS!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH K-DESIGNERS!!! They do not deliver what they promise !!!K-Designers did not give me the promised premium products in shower materials in the signed contract but rather the cheapest things that could have been bought at a box store for less than half the cost. I feel cheated and taken advantage of and think K-Designers took advantage of me being a senior citizen. Paying $17,000 for ONLY a SHOWER installed (not a full bathroom remodel) is unacceptable.
