We worked with Kendrick to get an estimate and he was super knowledgeable and informative. He made sure we were well informed on the process and supplies they use. It was a very good experience overall.
Salesman very professional, haven't got the windows yet, hope installers are as pro fessional as the sales rep. I used to sell Anlyn duel pane windows, so I will be watching closely with high expectations....I'm hoping the windows are air tight and to some degree sound proof (hopefully 80% or so)....expected delivery is mid November. In California we could by law only ask forb10% up front, or 1000.00 down, which ever was less. Our rep Alexander was very professional and very informative. Big expense to replace all windows in house but so far very impressed with this company. Appreciate the fact they aren't that pushy and giving us time to think and finishing getting all our quotes before making a decision.
James came out for an appointment to talk about replacing all the windows in our home. Not only did he work with us in offering several incentives, he got the price down tremendously within the budget! He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all questions, and just an all around great guy.
My experience with K-Designers has been on the decline since my first project. When I originally got windows in 2010, it overall went very well. The installers at that time communicated to me that it was difficult to remove the old metal frames but once they got that done it was business as usual from there. Those windows look great and work great. No issues stood out. A couple years later I ordered windows again but for my basement. That process did not go quite a smoothly.
