Marty was on time for the appointment we'd set to discuss window replacement options. He was very thorough and professional and identified several options to improve the functionality of our windows, as well as cost savings. He really worked with me on identifying the best option for financing my project given my budget parameters. He explained everything thoroughly and listened to my concerns as well as my preferences. Much better experience than a previous window company I'd contacted. Overall positive experience.
Had my first visit to consider siding on my 115 year old house. Lonnie Shafer from K Designers spent 2 hours looking at my home, measuring, explaining, showing me samples, all that which can make your head spin! Lonnie was fantastic! Spent the time answering my questions and looking at options. I'm not ready to pull the trigger on getting the siding, but I will definitely contact Lonnie at k designers when I am ready! Alex Smyser came out on a Sunday to measure our windows. He was very knowledgeable about the company. He brought window samples to show the quality. The windows will be custom made to fit our old farm home and should be ready to install in 6 weeks.
Alex from k designers came over for a follow up on my window install. We are very happy with the install and the quality of the windows. Lots of people commented on how nice they look. Highly recommend them. My installer Justin did a great job.
Chris Mustin was an amazing marketing director to work with on my new siding project. Customized my project and was a wealth of knowledge and so very helpful. I don't do a ton of projects so while a bit apprehensive he made me feel good about things. A wonderful experience for me.
