The sales guy Carlos was very knowledgeable and took time to answer questions. The crew did a good job and much quicker than I expected.
John came and started the job and completed it, and he stayed on until it was done. I am very impressed with the job, and the craftsmanship of the windows are great.
The sales persons or excellent to work with and the installers were very good and asked when they were done they asked me if I had any any questions. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
I have already referred someone to K-Designers.
I would tell people the work was done right, but the communication was terrible.
The windows are beautiful. They are solid to the house. There are no leaks. They did an awesome job of taking out the old and installing the new. I couldn't be more satisfied or happy with any other company.
