Have been trying to get an itemized statement for my windows for 2 months. The branch manager hand wrote on a piece of paper, "paid in full" and emailed it to me. Looked like a child wrote it. Poor service, NO followup, do not return calls. Have been waiting over a year to have faulty, cloudy windows replaced.. TERRIBLE! Avoid at all costs!
They use many high pressure sales tactics.They'll tell you that your home is a part of a "special marketing campaign" then proceed to give all of these "special discounts". Then at the end you'll be given a 1 day only offer and if you don't take it that day the price will be drastically higher. Then when you tell the sales person that you want to think things out. Extremely rude and unprofessional when coming to give a bid, the man (in a suit) didn't even pull out a tape measure. It was more than double the next bid, $12,000 for five windows - Three of which were less than a foot wide, and only one of which was going to open. This has led to over six months worth of harassing phone calls, two to three times a week where I have repeated the ask them to never call me again.
cant commit to show up multiple reschedules and then no show no call..i love waiting for nothing my time isn't important at all..its all for the better i guess would hate to have a job started then not finished for months or just never show back up,if you cant show for an estimate probably are not reliable for the work part but I'm guessing you would be there early for payday job done or not.
No. Most expensive mistake EVER! 1. The workers never showed up when they said they would, and then would randomly appear at unscheduled times. 2. EVERY SINGLE window installed gets awful condensation in the winter, resulting in mold issues! We’ve called, emailed, and escalated to higher levels COUNTLESS times and haven’t gotten anywhere! 3. stop calling people on do not call list. do not make appointments for people when they adamantly tell you they do not want an appointment. do not show up at someone's home when they tell you they do not want an appointment! do not use another family member's name as someone that made the appointment when it is a lie! stop using strong arm sales tactics to make a sales appointment, and being very rude in the process.
We had a scheduled appointment. Company never showed up. No call. No Show. Now, they are calling non stop to reschedule, hours after the appoinment. Am I supposed to trust that you show up next time? Will you actually show up for the job? No thanks! update: now they are sending us flyers in the mail. Some body, please tell that this ship sailed away.
Drove 3 hours to be at the property at our scheduled meeting time to have an estimate done just to get a call at the meeting time to tell me they weren't going to make it and we can schedule for tomorrow. Something about not honoring a simple appointment for a walk around and estimate rubs me the wrong way. If you can't make this appointment, how can I trust you will honor anything else?
