K-Designers replaced the tub/shower and toilet in my small bathroom. Mike E. was a wonderful guy and incredibly knowledgeable about all things construction. He was very professional, kept everything clean during demo and installation, and was very friendly and answered all questions I had. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars would be the price. The work was excellent and warranty great, but definitely a bit expensive.
As far as my experience goes, the salesman, project manager, and crews were very professional and efficient. I had siding and rain gutters installed on my house in between rain storms early this spring. Needless to say, they were tested by the wet and windy weather we had here in California. There were some minor problems that popped up, but the K-Designers people worked to resolve them to my satisfaction. Thank you.
K-Designers installed all new windows on the main and upstairs levels of my house. They also did some vinyl siding on the dormer windows and some porch areas in addition to completely siding my garage. I am very happy with all of the work they did - it all looks beautiful and professionally finished. They did the work in a very efficient manner and met all of my requirements in our agreement. We had 7 windows replaced on the back of our house and a new sliding glass door put in. We couldn't be happier with how the windows look! And the sliding door is beautiful. We had spent quite a lot of money a few years ago replacing our bedroom windows, and the difference between what the other company gave us and the K-Designers windows is very noticeable. The K-Designer windows are a much better quality. And installation was a breeze. Their installer was quick, efficient and cleaned up everything each night he was here.
K-Design salesmen were very professional and personable. The installers were very good. They would not put in a window that was measured wrong. They reordered and came back to put it in. We received a rebate and finished putting in the last three windows of our house. we had a total of 16 windows put in. We were told if anything goes wrong with windows to call and they will come and replace. Hopefully we won't have to have this done.
K-Designers came to my house and put all new windows in. They did a marvelous job. If you want/need new windows, I very highly recommend them.
I had 5 windows and a storm door installed over the weekend by K-Designers. They did a very good job. I can already tell that the house is warmer it has been very cold here. in Mt. There was a couple of things they said they where going to do but did not and that was wash the windows and do some touch up painting. So if they are in the area i would appreciate it if they could stop by and do that for me. Please let me know. Thank you.
