The company K Designers came off strong with their sales pitch. The quality of work and the amount we paid to have siding put on our house is not worth it. We have had it on for 2 years now and the trim is bubbling pulling away from the house. It is a disgrace and poor quality and I would never recommend them. Do not get the fake looking brick because it buckles, bulges and it looks cheap.********** ************

Over the last two weeks I have been on the phone with an employee at the *********, location. I was scheduled to have repair work on vinyl trim and siding that was damaged by last ******* hail storm, The employee and I set up the appointment for today 7/3/24 and unfortunately, nobody showed up for the scheduled appointment, no phone calls or estimated time of arrival. Needless to say I ended up staying home all day waiting for the repair work to be done and at around 3:00 PM MST I called their number only to get an answering... read more

Windows are not of Quality that was represented. We were not completely demonstrated the look and the material used. Windows have to be locked in order for any moisture or air to leak into your room. After a rain, and windows locked, we opened the window and water dripped. The window swelled and made it very difficult to open this window. When installed, the installer asked us to initial his paperwork. He told us this was just to verify that the windows were installed. They installed our walk-in shower in 2022. The contractors that they hired installed the wrong shower door. I asked them to install the one we ordered. They did, but now there are noticeable holes in the shower wall. Caulking near ceiling is sloppy. The showed floor wasnt installed correctly. I can hear every step my wife makes from across the house. The contractor was a scammer - told me I overpaid and gave me his card for future remodels. A waist of 2 1/2 hours. I saw an ad that they would give me a really good discount on Windows because of a program so I requested a quote. I was told it would be at most one hour. They were 30 minutes late, then took two and a half hours. we were trying to feed our kids dinner and get them to bed and they just keep pushing there sales pitch. It seemed like a scam. Had a salesman come about 2 years ago, he talked and talked added more items to the list, and talked more, very pushy and way over the top. The cost of Siding a 24 ft by 36 ft house with suffit and fascia was $50,000 added in 1 window and door with the siding part, wow way out there, so we said no, then he started subtracting for promotions and got it to $30.000 before he finally left because we were outside in the cold, ( we didn't want anyone in our home per the big C) the next day he called leaves a message about a deal j... read more

This company is a pure scam. I had them come out for a quote to replace my windows. During the initial call/screening, I was promised that they had multiple programs to help qualify me for free windows. As I was explaining this to the gentleman over the phone he continued to reassure me that this was in fact true and that his Marketing Manager would be able to walk me through the steps and which programs I qualifed for at my site walk. Terrible, do not recommend at all!!! Had appt set for 9/11/23--they no show/no called. Left work early to be at appt and they pull this. 2nd appt set for 9/14/23--they called husband-who told them to call me since he was at work in another town and I was home waiting for them. No one called me, I sat her till 5 pm again and they didn't let me know they weren't coming.
