Took to long to finish the project. Had me connected to Upgrade to payoff the project in 12 months with a interest free loan. Upgrade was impossible to work with.

We were recommending to neighbors in the begining unfortunately the experience turned south and has continued to be a struggle so our recommendations have stopped. From the workers not showing up to complete the work to sub par instillation and workmanship. We were very impressed with the presentation that was presented to us about the quality that was to be expected. I was told they had a certain type of window. That’s the ONLY reason I opted to spend money to replace a relatively new window. That’s was not installed. When I called to ask about it, I was told no we don’t have that type of window. I asked how are we going to fix this and Brian said “I don’t understand what the problem is.” I stopped arguing because he made me feel like a moron.
