They showed up on time. Henry explained every step tome along the way to finding the leak. The leak detection specialist, Ishmael, also explained to me what he was doing and how he would determine where the leak was located. Once the leak was found, my repair options were explained to me. Repair began as soon as I made my decision and worked into the evening hours. They came back promptly the next morning and finished the job. They cleaned up the work areas nicely. Shane and his helper worked quick, efficient and took care of the problem. With their hi-tech professional tools, they analyze the cause of the blockage and offered several options to prevent future clogs.
