The good: Homex had a plumber out here within 30 minutes. The plumber had my clog cleared within 30 minutes of arrival. He was friendly, courteous and professional. This was very impressive, especially since the previous plumber I called could not handle the job. The bad: The drain plug was damaged and now the sink wont hold water. The ugly: The plumber left a bowl of disgusting, stinking black sludge under my sink. Scott did a great job and explained everything so that even I could understand. I appreciated that. There's one fixture that wasn't tightened enough but I think I should be able to handle that task (if I can find a screwdriver)!
