Had a very difficult job that Homex said from the beginning may not be fixable at a reasonable price. In the end I did not do the job at this time. Homex kept me informed at every step and were very easy to work with. Will definitely work with them again.

These guys were great. Called immediately after I hit the ?send? button. They sent a tech out that looked at our shower and gave me an instant quote. Price was reasonable and he went to work immediately. Very clean and careful work. Tough job but it was fine professionally, neatly and right on budget. I will definitely use them again!

The technician, Orlando, was very professional and personable. The evaluation and estimate was done on schedule and in a timely fashion. The quality of the work was excellent. The job site was left clean and tidy. I will use the company again for future jobs.

I have no problem with the customer service, the work performed or the professional demeanor of the service tech who arrived on time. The person who fixed the problem estimated the repair time at 20 minutes and he was correct. The charge was $145. The invoice did not list the cost of the part but based on my research, it cost less than $15. That's a rate of at least $375 per hour. That seems really high. I understand they have overhead but this still seems extreme.
