Juan serviced my issue and was absolutely amazing! I hired my neighbor originally to do the work Juan and his team did and he wanted to charge me double and didn't seem like he knew what he was doing, so I hired Homex and I DON'T regret it!!!

Juan was early, not just "on time" What a great treat when you have a plumbing problem! A personable guy, knew his stuff, got everything taken care of in short order. I now have found my permanent plumber after searching for several years.

Staff and Plumber were very nice folks That being said plumber could not fix original issue I hired them for. When at the house I asked them to rotor the drain. The drain starting leaking when he put the trap back together. That cost me more money. They blamed it on original poor construction. I get that but If you break something I would think they wouldn't charge me. Overall it was pricey and I still have a loose faucet.

I asked the technician that was assigned to you, what had happen and he explained to me that he informed the customer that the P-trap could possibly leak if he took it apart to snake the drain since the pipes was very old. Once he received customers consent and acknowledgment he proceeded to cable the drain. Once he put the P-trap back together it began leaking.... read more
