They may not have many reviews yet but you would be well advised to hire this company. Customer Service was friendly, enthusiastic and listened well. Marilyn repeated back to me what was needed and she did it 100% accurately. The Tech showed up on-time (on Sunday). He was also friendly and enthusiastic. He was ready to go and fairly quickly figured out what was needed. He told us what it would cost (very fair), did the work and resolved our problem. Hire this young entrepreneur, you will be glad you did.

Hired to fix leaking pipes in 2 areas. I thought they were cast iron pipe but turned out to be pvc pipes about 2" under dirt. They fixed one leak. The second pipe leak was probably leaking in 2 places. I think they fixed one place the pipe was leaking but the pipe was still leaking in another place in an approximately 15' long area. Called them back because the area was still leaking. Charged me $1,000 the first time and wanted $2,000 to fix the second leak in the same area they worked in originally.

Called HomeX to fix a leak in an underground pipe to a hose bib. They found two leaks and fixed one of them. I thought the pipe was galvanized iron but turned out to be pvc. The second area apparently had two leaks along the same pipe in an area about 15 inch long in a pvc pipe about 2 deep. Since there was still standing water in the same area I called them back to fix it. The 2 technicians were very nice and professional. Dakota and Enrique. My biggest and only gripe was the price, The price superceded any of the work done! I will NOT recommend this company to anyone I know because of their pricing. Be careful when hiring a contractor, please get 3 estimates before hiring .
They want you paid before they sent you the final report saying that that is what they do all the time. In my previous work, unless agreed upon before hand, all work and report must be completed before payment. I did paid them even though I have not received the report.
My first appt was rescheduled at the last minute which was inconvenient for me. The jokes they cut into the wall on the back surface were not reput up and one price had broken, otherwise they did a good job.
