Best place to live. The office staff Misty and Devan is always very friendly and helpful and maintenance guy Mark is always on top of his game game and fix any issues you may have in a timely manner. It is a very clean and well maintained place.

I got the pleasure of meeting the manager Misty today when I visited the complex with my brother. She was so super friendly and took her time with us and answered all of our questions even though she was the only one in the office and people kept coming in. She made sure to acknowledge everyone that walked in. She gave us a tour of the beautiful property and even introduced us to the maintenance supervisor Mark when he walked past us. Loved the location of the property-across from the Farmer's Market! The attention that I received from Claudia, the assistant manager was the best! She had a great demeanor and definitely knew about the property with all of the amenities and why I should lease at Amelia at Farmer's Market. Loved her spirit!

This is the BEST place to call home. I have lived in several different apartment complexes due to being transferred with my work. I have to say this is the BEST by far. Misty the manager is always happy to help if I have any issues or even if I just want to talk. From her to the maintenance guy Mark who is also the BEST. very happy to live in Curate, we love our new home, very familiar and cozy, very attentive and cordial in the office. always willing to help. I can only add that we need a little more control over the charging stations for electric cars since out of 4 sockets only 1 works and normally gasoline cars occupy the charging station.

office staff is incredible! Tiffany was excellent and made sure I had all the help I needed and was beyond professional and made getting the information I need easy and stress free as possible, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great community.
Misty and Mark go above and beyond for their residents and the property. The only problem I find with the complex would be the residents. Other than that, great place to live.
