Nice, comfortable and clean and helpful Staff The apartment is nice. Some cleaning of carpets and things, but not bad. We had a couple of non-emergency maintenance items, and the kind staff helped us within a couple of days. The front office staff has answered our questions quickly and nicely. The grounds are kept nice, so taking walks here is relaxing. There is enough parking.
Love it!! Just moved from CA & I love it! Super fun building with amazing neighbors and down to earth staff! Toured a lot of high rises and felt everyone was very snooty which surprised me! I definitely do not get this vibe here. I do wish there was one extra elevator but the staff will drop anything to make that issue a priority if anything happens with them currently. Assuming that will resolve after construction leaves. Overall super happy!
Super appreciative! Have lived here since August, and I’m super impressed with the building but more the staff. Living in construction has its challenges of course but the team is so on top of everything anytime I have an issue they are at my door before I can normally even call them it’s crazy. Just wanted to give a shout-out to them and thank you guys for all you’re doing! -Mike

Great finish-out & clean Friendly staff, super fast maintenance team. I've made 3 maintenance requests and all have been completed within 3 hours of submitting. I came here for the updated finish-out (concrete floors, quartz countertops, upgraded fridge and stove, gray cabinets and large bedroom and closet. Monthly social events. Power never went out during 2020 winter storm. Cleaning crew is very attentive - they deep clean common areas and hallways every Monday. Decent property and management, some issues with security and ammenties I have lived in the Alcott for a little over a year now. New management has been here for a few months with some moderate improvements over the previous ownership. Generally, this has been a good experience. The leasing staff are friendly, the gym is decently equipped, and the apartments themselves are of decent quality (the finishing is kinda crappy/low quality, sound deadening is good, 2br 2bth apartment is good sized). Great Place with Very Attentive Staff I've lived in a few disappointing places in Denver but The Edison has their stuff figured out. They are extremely attentive at communicating, they don't tolerate bad tenant behaviors, the place is very clean, and they do make an honest effort to create a sense of community that is unique for the space.
