overall great apartment Great apartment with nice amenities. Pros: amazing staff. Front desk is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance crew will always come same day if you need anything fixed. Also a great area to live in everything is walkable with great shops and restaurants nearby. Cons: thin ceiling. I wouldn't live anywhere else but the fourth floor or you'll hear people walking around unless you get lucky with nice neighbors and garbage truck comes at 8a.m every morning, wakes you up every time.

New Move-In Very easy move-in, the staff is very helpful, & most importantly they communicate and want the experience to be great.

Office is professional The ladies in the office genuinely care about the residents are always nice and professional. Love the changes they are making on the property, but do wish the gym was 24 hours. Other than that, it's been great here and enjoy the location being close to work.

Great leasing experience! The leasing process and staff have been exceptional. After assessing all other properties in the general S Congress and S Lamar areas, this property was the clear winner. In terms of location, price, amenities/finishes, and square footage it hit every mark. Notably, Sergio and Megan went out of their way to accommodate my multiple last minute viewing requests and appeased all of my questions/concerns, and did so very promptly within my very limited time frame. Great price for the area Office staff was friendly and informative. Apartment sizes and amenities are great for the cost
Loving my apartment I just wanna say I'm glad I chose to move into this apartment complex. Everyone in the office is friendly and quick to help with any issues and the maintenance team is also quick to fix any problems. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice apartment with a lot of amenities.

The Vue An amazing experience! Lisa and Jarred took care of everything and I had the keys in a week! The amenities and living facility set the bar. If you're busy and on the go this is a place of retreat and accommodations. Thank you Lisa and Jarred and Gary!!
