Kamna has worked with me on 3 different applications and each time it has been a pleasure. Once with a brand new loan and twice with a re-fi. What I have enjoyed most is the ease of working with her and I can ask the same question 7 times and she will kindly respond each time till I have understood it clearly. I am quite happy working with Kamna. Kamna pulled off an almost impossible funding last week to help us close in time. Our case needed many special documents for processing and Kamna persistently worked with us until all the docs where met. She is highly dependable in crunch time, highly knowledgeable in various aspects of lending. Kamna helped us buy our new home. She patiently waited until we were absolutely sure about he property we wanted to buy.Once we finalized a place, she assisted in choosing appropriate loan plan, also waited for a window of lowest interest rate that was possible within the available timeframe. Kamna is excellent and a pleasure to work with. She is very hands-on, patient, quick to respond, resourceful and assures you everything will be taken care of. Throughout my home purchase, my real estate agents screw up big time, which resulted in needing to postpone the funding a few times. She is very quick to respond, responds even on weekends...and its not just an email response, she would call and provide the updates if necessary. I have only 2 words to mention for Kamna and her team - AWESOME & AMAZING!! All of her team including herself was on top of my refinance right from educating about the product, locking the rates at it's lowest, working through with my current lender, sending Notary at our home for signing and then ensuring that the loan closes on time.
