Kamna helped us with the loan to purchase our current home. This is the third property we are buying so we have worked with few loan agents before, but Kamna far exceeded and surpassed our expectations. Our loan situation was a little tricky but Kamna managed it superbly and completed the transaction for us on the promised date. I applied for home mortgage on a link shared by Kamna and they shared my data with open databases! Don’t do the mistake of applying to any mortgage with them as they share your personal information such as phone number, names, and loan requirements with 100s of brokers who will start calling, texting, voicemailing as soon as you hit the apply button. You will get minimum 100 calls every day and your privacy is compromised. Worst company to give any info! Please Avoid at any cost.

Guaranteed Rate is a third party vendor who does not share which bank it works with. They were one of the first people whom I spoke to for a 7/6 year ARM with a HELOC. They got back with a good rate which was 3.25% for 10% down and 4% for the 10% HELOC. Later when credit was pulled, the rate increased to 4.7 something. We spoke on a Friday evening and I requested her to lock my rate as I only had 24 days to close my loan and this she did when 4.7% was not disclosed to me.
