Karen is always available and communicative. The only concern I have is with Major Mortgage, who didn't inform Karen or myself that it was a high bred and the mortgage portion was signed online and not in person at closing. Mortgage docs were not fully explained, payment, coupons etc were not given at title and the Buyers were not thrilled signing the docs off their phone at closing. I request this does not happen with my clients as it is important they understand what they are signing and it is explained to them in person.... read more
