Buying my 2nd house in NC was a breeze with Karen. After having not so good credit from a incident many years prior she took the time to help me improve my score enough to get a pre-approval and once we had it we were on our way. It took Karen 21 days to close on my loan. With the new laws in effect (28 Oct 2016) that was unheard of but she did it with extreme confidence. I would recommend Karen to anyone, from first time home buyer to vacation home. She is truly amazing at what she does. Thank you.
Karen is the best! She is the ultimate professional. She truly cares about each client and goes the extra mile to make sure they understand this process and does her absolute best to help clients achieve home ownership. I worked with Karen to refinance my home. She ran the numbers, pre-approved us and got our appraisal ordered. We ultimately decided to not refinance at the time but I will use her again if we decide to refinance or but another home. I recommend her frequently.
Enough said after waiting 5 days for someone to contact us, I am now working with someone else on our home purchase. Karen should remember that she is not the only game in town and you work for home buyers. Not us for you. Advice call or email someone when they contact you.

I guess if you have good credit they will fallow up with you, but if you don't have good credit you don't stand a chance they will ignore you, they won't answer you calls, text, nothing,, at least to let you know what you need to do so you can work on it but NOT even that, its a shame that you hand out all your personal information to some one who you would think that they will do there best to help you and then you get cut off,
Initially I felt very hopeful about working with Karen. Unfortunately, after submitting her requested documents and asking if there was anything else needed to help me plan for buying a house soon or the near future, communication went dead. I reached out asking if I should assume they were unable to help and I was told due to the staff changes/workload that I was essentially deprioritized.
