Karen, Jennifer and Haley were all three absolutely amazing and made the buying process so easy. They worked with us on each step and kept us well informed throughout. They respond quickly to emails and calls and are all very professional. They actually care about their clients and it shows. We closed on time and there were no delays or waiting until the last minute to ask for missing documents as happens with many lenders. I met Karen a few years back when I was new to the area. She helped me select a loan that was a great fit and made sure everything went perfectly. She is very organized and knew exactly what needed to be done to get me pre-qualified and was very quick in getting my loan processed and ready. I had to give her a 5 star rating (only cause you can't do 6) and say to anyone buying or refinancing a home to speak with her first as she made the experience stress free and easy.
