Nothing but great things to say about Kari and her team. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my entire home buying process. I am still in a bit of disbelief over the amount hours and hard work they all put into getting my mortgage done as quick as possible. If I happen to buy another home here in Las Vegas Kari will be one of the 1st people I call.

My experience with Kari and her ENTIRE team have been nothing but amazing! From the very start, of just being preapproved, to closing, Kari and her team have been responsive, helpful, informative, and nothing but kind. Kari & her team are the absolute best! I have worked with quite a few lenders but none compare! All of my calls were taken, all my questions answered, all my messages were promptly replied to via telephone, email, and/or text message, and my worries managed with ease. Buying a house on a short timeline can difficult and stressful. Kari and her team made buying a house from out of state easy. She was honest and worked hard for us. We would definitely go with her again.

The very best at what she does. I have used Kari Phillips for 3 home loans and 2 re-fies, since 2000. I would call Kari Phillips for every home loan I need. Incredible and wonderful person to work with. I would recommend no one else first.
