We have used Kari Phillips 2 times for purchasing property and then 5 years later we did a refi on property. Kari is so helpful with the whole process. I used Kari because I wanted the REFI to go smooth with no hassels and as always with Kari everything was taken care of and with her knowledge their were no mistakes. I would use Kari again! Kari was great. She helped with making our home buying experience less stressful. Kari was able to get us in our home a week earlier than closing. Kari and her team were very helpful when we had questions they had answers. We went through a few mortgage companies but they did not want to help us. Kari had no problem.
