Dr. Heinzelmann is my favorite doctor and I love everything about his office. Dr. Heinzelmann is professional and knowledgeable as is his staff. I am extremely confident about his capabilities. I wish all my doctors could be as good. He is the only dentist I know who knows about Von Willebrands. He made our night guards so I no longer wake up with headaches. Only visit once a year, but always warmly received. Entire team is friendly and talkative and seems to enjoy engaging in conversations. They are quick and courteous as well. Too bad they can't be my full time dentist.

Dr. Heinzelmann is a straightforward doctor that is proactive for dental health.I personally rely on his advice combined with my own dentist to get two opinions to compare for each recommendation. I trust Dr. Heinzelmann.

My implant was placed yesterday by Dr. Heinzelmann and everything went very smoothly. Also, discomfort was minimal. I chose the high-tech option, which utilizes a CT scan, for mapping in three dimensions in advance. This allowed for a more precise optimal placement. I recommend that option be considered as it seemed to be worthwhile. Overall, the whole planning/mapping and placement process was professionally handled and I'm pleased.
