had an extraction done, was a bit nervous as I hadn't had this done in over 30 years, process was excellent, provided accurate info and kept me informed throughout procedure, staff was excellent. Normal pain afterwards and very little post-procedure bleeding. Excellent experience. I hope I don't need to go through this again, but I would go back to Dr. Heinzelmann without reservation
