Dr. Heinzelmann was very down-to-earth and friendly along with being very professional.He went over issues & explained the choices including -why- he made the suggestions he did.Very nice & clean office. The staff were really nice to me, and assisted by email for an orthodondist referral that the Dr. recommended I pursue in addition to work to be done in his office.Really happy with my visit! I highly recommend them. Probably wouldn't bother going anywhere else!
This past visit I just had a cleaning. My hygienist was knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Dr Heinzelmann, is very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient to me when I ask questions. Dr Heinzelmann sets the general feeling and tone of the office as pleasant and cheerful. If my mother was in the area I would definitely recommend him to her.
