The scheduling of appointments with Mobile CAT is problematic. Since the tech met me at my office, we could have had this setup in this fashion from the beginning, saving time and providing better convenience.

I went there for and extraction and bone graf. They started with xrays and at no time did anyone discuss costs and insurance coverage with me some things didn't need to be done at that time, I was also charged for gum exam and measurements that I don't remember them taking. At the end I was charged almost $800.00 and told to come back in ten days to have stitches removed and at that visit they wanted to do a deep root scaling and when I wanted to discuss all the cost and coverage and planning for the remaining workk I needed... read more
The shock of paying $290. for a routine cleaning was disturbing. I did not know that your cleaning fee had risen and did not realize until afterwards that having the xrays were optional and the actuat cost. As you know nothing negative was discovered. Since I no longer have dental insurance and on fixed income I did not have a good experience,

Been seeing Dr. Heinzelmann for years. The whole staff are welcoming and gracious - like old friends.
Went as well as could be expected for such an invasive event. Pain was minimal, drugs appropriate. Swelling I kept down with intermitent application of an ice bag wrapped in a wet wash cloth for about 4 hours. No signs of infection, stitches are loose (Sunday AM), area is only mildly reddened.
a bit repetitive. does not seem to understand that not everybody can spend thousands of dollars without issue.
