Worst car buying experience of my 65 year life! Changed the deal at the last minute to over a 1000 dollars more than agreed upon, Manager frank telling me he's losing money and hits me with a bogus charge even while admitting the charge was bogus. Make sure to get everything in writing signed by management to protect yourselves and deal with a reputable dealer, which for this instance, they were not, Stay Away!!!
Horrible Service!! My car was in the shop for 9 months. I have Been going back and forth with them about the problems with the vehicle but they kept on giving me the run around. After 9 months of my car being in the shop they didn’t fix the vehicles problem and I picked it up the same way I dropped it off. I’ve been to other Volvo service centers before and I have never had this problem. Stay far away from this location!!
I absolutely hate writing negative reviews for businesses but I really feel like Karp Volvo and Karp Buick have forced my hand. I am at Day 138 of attempting to cancel my extended warranty for a car I traded in in September. Read that again. Day ONE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT of trying to get money back that I am owed. I bought a 2019 xc90 from them in January of 2022 with an extended warranty. Been here for the 3rd time. 1st one here today and still waited 3 hours for rotated tires. Required maintenance. Watching every customer come in and beg and plead to get out in less than 3 hours. I watched how 3hrs later I’m still here and they are gone. I’m still trying to figure this out. I asked for a loaner if it would be more than 3 hours
I just left the dealership and I had the most horrendous experience! I walked around at the dealership looking at a few of the models, and then walked outside to see what else was available. There were several people in offices some conversing with each other and no one came out to assist me! There was one person in the common space who was currently assisting another customer. Very disappointed with service and they are fake with agreements. I was there Monday 6-16-2020 to pick up a car (Volvo XC40) To put it as simple as possible to readers, I was literally ready to walk out with the car. Karp Volvo is a terrible dealership!!! Salesman made a deal Friday night with us. We sold our car, got insurance and a bank check. Went today to pick up the car and were told they can’t make the deal! Do not use this dealership!!!!! Just found out they never even reversed our deposit!!!! Nerve!!!
Initially the sales process went smooth with Michael and we were excited to have a new Volvo xc60 (used) with 16k miles. 10 days after purchase the fuel injector pump failed to read properly causing the car to shut down on the highway with no warning. Luckily my wife and child were safe but my true issue came from working with Management at Karp. Love my car.. Service was great until this last time. They gave me a car to use because mine was not done yet and were coming to my house to switch it out when completed. Received a call at 5:15 that they were on the way.. I live about 1/2 hr away. I waited and waited.. Getting nervous ... Tried to call about 7:15- closed and no other way to contact.. Called the next morning was told the guy got lost and turned around - no sorry, offered nothing. Totally unprofessional and he just blew it off like no big deal.
