After 2 years of owning a Volvo from another dealership we decided it was time to get a larger car. We came to Karp for convenience, however that was he last good part. They came in over 3 K under the estimate which can we had to negotiate tooth and nail for. Finally they sai the car would be ready at 10:00am, by 12:30pm we still were not in the car. Then they tried sneaking in a few extra charges . Just an incredibly unenjoyable experience
DONT BUY A USED CAR FROM KARP ! YOU WILL GET JERKED AROUND TIME AND TIME AGAIN. IT'S WELL OVER A MONTH AND MY LEASE RETURN WAS JUST TAKEN CARE OF AND I HAD TO MAKE A PAYMENT TO AVOID A LATE PAYMENT. AS OF TODAY I STILL HAVE NO REGISTRATION STICKER AND THE TEMPORARY EXPIRED 11/25/15 SO IM DRIVING AROUND WITH AN EXPIRED TEMPORARY STICKER. YEAH THEY SAY THEY PUT IT IN THE MAIL AND THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO GO TO DMV AND TAKE CARE OF IT BY GETTING A NEW STICKER. THE SAD THING IS I TOLD THEM I WOULD PICK IT UP. SAVE YOURSE... read more
