Very caring and friendly staff. I had extensive rotator cuff surgery and was recommended another facility by my orthopedist. I had a terrible experience and needed to change physical therapy offices. I called KPT and was scheduled quickly for an evaluation. I have been very pleased with the care. All the staff is extremely professional. Whenever I had a issue with my shoulder all my questions were answered and appropriate exercises were given to work on that issue. Showed to the office with a plethora of issues. Gary Kassimir was welcoming, knowledgeable, patience, funny, and hospitable (Thanks for the coffee). I left with a plan of attack, a bit more education that I came in with and some home exercises. Thanks for the excellent service from your assistant (sorry, didn't get his name). You all made this lady feel hopeful.
