I had horrible back pain from a fall that was causing me to lose sleep at night and making it painful to do regular everyday activities such as getting dressed and cleaning. I went to KPT and just after a few sessions my pain went away and I was able to sleep well and perform everyday activities without pain. I also was able to get back into my regular workout routines, such as running and and weights. I work full time and KPT was always able schedule my appointments around my work schedule.
