The loan origination process went fairly smoothly with Kathryn and the document upload through Floify. We ran into some miscommunication along the way between the loan processing and the title company. Kathryn's intervention helped move this along. On a couple of occasions duplicate requests for documents were made. But overall we were satisfied with the experience.
Katherine page communication skills are tremendous. She returns calls and emails immediately. Katherine kept me informed with the process constantly.
