Good communication
Kathy has helped us like no other lender. However, when I would call call a member of her team, I felt like I was getting rushed off the phone. There was several instances where I had to keep sending the same document at least twice. I don’t know if it was a system error or the member of Kathy’s team wasn’t paying close attention to the documents. No bad things, just little things that need improvement.
The staff is very patient and friendly. Leader one made my first time home buying experience amazing.
