Katie was extremely flexible and helpful throughout the process. She was patient and willing to spend time explaining every detail. My husband had quite a few questions and she gave him guidance as needed. We are both sole proprietors and Katie took the time to make sure we had all the needed information to underwriting early so if they needed additional items we weren’t in a time constraint. The process ended up being less stressful because of her organization.

Katie is awesome. My initial home loan almost fell through to a last minute appraisal objection. Katie was willing to help me put together a quick loan and diligently worked to get all the materials ready. My initial loan ended up coming through, and Katie’s work was for nothing. At that time, I promised her I would refinance once rates dropped. She called me as soon as they did and we had the whole thing done in less then a week. Katie’s awesome, highly recommend, and thanks!
