Katie is awesome! We highly recommend her. Our loan had some hiccups until we got the clear to close and througout the whole process she was very suppostive, honest and responsive, making the process smooth. She really goes above ans beyond for her clients and me and my husband are already looking forward to work with her on future loan services. Katie was great to work with. The process was very long and extremely frustrating with more and more demands from the morgage company. We thought with our great credit scores, decent money in our bank accounts, net worth in realestate well over 4 million and a track record of never missing a single payment ever, that refinancing would be a slam dunk but obviously not. Katie hung in tough and hot our refinance through. Hats off to her.
