I would recommend Katie Erickson to anyone looking for a mortgage loan, she was very professional,answered all my phone calls immediately with questions I had about my loan. At closing the title company and both realtors said she did a perfect job, thank you Kate for a job well done .

Communication and information transfer was outstanding until closer to closing. We ended up being able to purchase down points, but there was not a "due date" or deadline provided which created undue stress. Probably more an observation of the real estate business as a whole, but many of the forms/disclosures had inconsistencies in dollar figures and conflicting/unclear information.
