The online portal made it very easy to submit or review documents even with our busy schedules. It was an invaluable tool in the process. We were also incredibly impressed with the professional and courteous service from everyone on staff. Our questions were always answered in a timely manner and the lines of communication were always open. Staff were always friendly and all our questions were always answered clearly.
