The team was on top of communicating and requesting the appropriate documents needed from us and my observation was that once you received the documents they were moved on to the next step(s) in a timely manner. I really appreciated how we were treated especially when I dropped the ball on getting you some of the needed documentation in a timely manner. I felt that the communication was professional and to the point yet respectful. I would absolutely refer others to you.
