Katy and her team have done it again! They provided a seamless experience from advice about refinancing, a quick application process, and constant communication along the way to completing the steps involved. We were able to complete everything online and via email which is always a plus. I have always had great experience with Katy for all three houses I've purchased and all three times I've refinanced, since my first home purchase in 2003. She's always managed to get me lower rates than I could find anywhere else. The whole process has always gone extremely smooth and seamless. My last home purchase was all online eDocument signing, which made it extremely convenient to complete when I had time. I've referred her to friends and they are dedicated customers of Katy, now, too!
