This is our first home and coming in to their office was very intimidating but Katy made us feel at ease. She made the whole experience - from getting prequalified to the pre-approval, up to the closing seemed easy. The whole team communicated with us promptly and were all very patient. Our questions and concerns were all answered in a timely manner. We would definitely refer them to friends and family.

We received updates every week. Emails are responding to you very quickly. Things are outlined easily for us to understand. The title company and underwriters that are scheduled to work with us are also very responsive. Everything is online making it much more convenient. When I had trouble getting lined up with my account I got help right away. I have worked with Katy on many transactions over the last 20 years and she’s fantastic.
