An explanation of the documents that are being asked to sign. The documents can be very confusing and this leads to frustration and worry by the buyer. If the documents were gone over as they were sent this could be avoided.

Now a days I find that not a lot people have a lot of patience or just concern for people they are working with. I was blessed to have met Doug, who thank goodness had the heart and the patience to work with me and my husband for several months through some challenging issues.
