The overall communication that everyone had with us from the sales agent Tami and Harvry Banes to Josie Alverez the loan Officer to Jennifer the processor and not forgetting the construction team Alex and Daniel and last Michael Cole Everyone communicated well and was on the same page. We receive so much support and Help from all of them at KB homes at Veronia. Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience in our Home purchasing experience.

My experience with the KB loan process begin in a negative status. My prior loan officer made many professional mistakes, failed to return calls and consistently gave incorrect financial information. However, Josie Alvarez revived my account and proceeded to provide excellent customer care. She went through my loan line by line, ensuring that I understood my financial obligations. In addition to being available day, night and weekends for any question I may had.
