Josie took the time to educate us on the process. She was extremely proactive, to the point where we were ready to close way ahead of schedule. She was also very professional, courteous and knowledgeable . It was indeed a pleasurable experience, and it is very rare that one can use 'pleasurable' to describe the mortgage loan process. I think this experience could have been better. The down side of this when asking your documents or any signatures, kindly give your buyers some time to collects all the documents and read everything they will need to sign. At least give your buyers 24hrs to send or return any documents.
