Being a first time homebuyer I felt that Paylette was very helpful about going over all forms and taking the time to explain what everything meant. Therefore I felt confident on signing and moving forward with KB mortgage group. She was also very accommodating with being available with my work schedules. She took the time to speak slow and clearly as by boyfriend is hard of hearing and making home feel included in conversations. Even during her holiday vacation she kept communication.
