Throughout the process Paulette always made herself available for questions no matter what time it was. I never felt like I couldn’t contact her or that she couldn’t answer a question for me. She made me aware of locking in interest rates early in the process which became very beneficial to me because of the rate jump. I don’t plan on moving again but if I did I would want Paulette to handle my loan process again.
