Paulette is very knowledgeable in this field and she is very friendly. We spoke on a monthly basis via phone and emailing frequently and that was a perfect amount of communication. She was determined to ensure everything went smooth. She is an asset to the KB organization. Lastly, our sales person Steve also did a great job sneering our questions and providing a great customer experience.

Paulette’s was very pleasant and had a great deposition. She was extremely knowledgeable about the process and ensured we were kept informed throughout our buying experience. She was available day or night to answer questions or address any concerns we had. Purchasing a home can be daunting. However, Paulette was comforting and reassuring, which kept our stress level at a minimum.
