Sarah has been the best from day one. She is very knowledgeable and was able to easily explain all of the fees and funds that came from purchasing a home. Everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong prior to closing. Sarah and her team did everything in their power and we were able to close on a munch needed timeline so that we weren’t put into a worse situation. Sarah handled our situation in a professional matter but was also very personal and she truly cared. I can’t thank her enough!

I had two lenders that we approached. We used NFCU for our last two mortgages and they are great. However, Sarah and KBHS gave us better rates, lower closing costs, and Sarah was very proactive answering me questions often before we asked.
