Everything Sarah did to help was great. Unfortunately, the back and forth with KBhomes, KBHS, and me was infuriating. During the underwriter process I had to give and dedicate more than 10 to 20 hours of my own personal time so that the underwriter could keep on getting updated information. The whole underwriting process was one of the worst experiences of my entire life. We are happy about having a home but the way I was treated personally From that perspective was unexcusable.
Sarah went above and beyond! Exceptional communication and she made us feel like our business was appreciated. Sarah is a great asset to to KB. When we were not getting the answers and service we were promised from another department, Sarah worked hard to get us taken care of, even though it wasn’t her job to do so.

Our end to end experience with KB Homes has been amazing! Sarah was extremely professional, kind, caring and made herself available to us for any questions, comments and concerns; we could call and text her at anytime. In addition, she updated us regularly and provided valuable financing information that helped us close on our loan. Our only regret is not meeting her in person due to the pandemic.
