I'm pleased with the service at Keffer. Everyone is very nice and professional. Although when I took my car in for service, I expected things like my tail and headlights would be checked but they weren't but the license plate bulb was. One of my headlight bulbs was blown and I had to go back to have it replaced. They were nice about it and gave something off so .. ..

Keffer Mazda handled a recall on my 2021 Mazda CX-5 in excellent fashion.
They have taken great care of me. I had the car go in for a recall on a sensor and replace a flat tire from a nail off the road. Happy with the overall experience Ive had with this dealership in the last few months.
The oil was changed. They charged her for a tire rotation, didnt check the fluid levels. I had to put washer fluid in it. So, she got what they said. A free oil change.
In and out on schedule. Good customer service.

I went there for an oil change and the attention was very good, plus they give you a complementary Lyft so you don't have to wait there! :)
